This software protects small and big ship classes against missile and fight drone attacks by shooting down incoming missiles with mosquito missiles.

Please note that all Lasertower in 2.0 now come already with 125MJ shields and hence this script is redundant

In X3 (pre 2.0.01) all lasertowers come with 25 MJ shields although they can equip 125 MJ.

This script will add and additional special command to your ship which replaces the 25 MJ shields of all player-ownd deployed lasertowers by 125 MJ shields.


It's not a cheat because for each upgrade 70116 credits will be charged - that's the difference between the average prices of 125 and 25 MJ shields.

Fighter base commander is an add-on to the TerraCorp Combat Pilot script. You *must* have this installed to run this script.
Essentially, the FBC automatically buys ships, upgrades them, hires TCCP pilots and then trains them up until they can fly M3 class ships. As your pilots become more experienced, they will automatically be given better ships to fly (money allowing). When you have 3 idle ships, they will automatically be formed up into a patrol group.

this is now obsolete and replaced by Terracorp Fleet Package.

The Explorer Software is a cheap software upgrade available from Teladi Equipment docks. Once installed on a ship the upgrade provides 3 new commands.

1 Navigation -> Fly Through gate...

• This command allows you to specify a gate to fly through. In difference to the fly to sector command, this allows you to fly through gates where the destination sector has not previously been visited.
  

2 Navigation -> explore sector...

• This command causes the ship to fly in circles round the sector, revealing stations, gates and asteroids as they pass within scanner range.

The command will work on TS + TP class ships for docking at TL's as long as they have a free dock bay, The script has been updated so you choose the ship you want to dock with or undock from via the command and your ship will dock, If it is in another sector it will fly to the specified TL

This has been superceeded by Beam Dock

Allows the player to scrap a ship at the player HQ and retrieve the same resources as it would take to build the ship (minus the credits and a percentage due to hull damage, if any.)

This is an add on for the Group Management System

This script defines new hotkeys to give orders to groups as defined by the Group Management System from Xai Corporation. The new hotkeys allow you to give orders to group leaders without going through their command menus.

The hotkeys are devided into 2 groups. The first group allow you to select which group you wish to give orders to. The second group of hotkeys are the orders.

The Group Management System allows you to quickly define a group from a collection of ships in the same location.

Fleet Support Ship Software provides various commands to allow your fleet to function more smoothly. Commands include resupplying of ships or convoys, satellite, mine, lasertower deployment and retrieval.

The software is designed for M5's and small transporter ships, including TP's. In X3 this has been expanded to M4's to allow the Disco. to continue using this software.

This software is most often used to resupply the fleet with energy for their jumpdrives.

A rare Pirate device that allows a transporter device to beam wares off of nearby ships even if they're not owned by you.

This device is available from only 1 of the pirate bases at anyone time, although which one will change over time.

To use this device fly to within a few hundred meters of the target then activate the device from the Auxiliary Command Menu, selecting the ware you wish to steal. The process is slow, only beaming one unit at a time, and there is a risk of being detected for each unit stolen. Larger shields on the target also make the risk of detection increase.
